Privacy and data protection policy

In order to better serve you, we may need to ask you for some personal information to better organize our contractual relationships and the service you expect.

What is the purpose of our Personal Data Protection Policy?

Our company would like to remind you of its commitment to respect the trust you have placed in us and to apply the regulations in force in France and in the European Union regarding the protection of personal data (Regulation n°2016/679 and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law).

This privacy/data protection policy informs you about the conditions under which the center, as data controller, collects and uses your personal data. It complements the information provided when you provide us with your data. For example, when you set up your subscription in our CRM software.

This policy applies to data collected at our center, by mail or by telephone when you contact our center. It deals with the rules concerning the personal data of all our customers and potential customers, regardless of the channel through which the data is collected.

It is accessible to anyone at any time at its corresponding center and can be sent upon request by e-mail.

We invite you to read it carefully and consult it regularly.

  • Your data is also used to enable us to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.
